01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions take effect when you click the "Register" button, complete the account registration process, or begin using any feature provided by the 9kis platform. This acceptance is automatic and binding from the moment that action is taken.

9kis reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, significant changes will be announced via registered email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and 9kis, covering all services, games, promotions, and interactions within the platform.

02 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 9kis platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Not residing in a country or territory that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Register only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, active email address, phone number, and any other information needed for the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. 9kis reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the information provided.

03 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing your login details with anyone, and ensuring that devices used to access 9kis are free from malware.

• Use a unique password containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

9kis will not be held liable for any losses arising from your negligence in safeguarding your account, including sharing your login credentials with third parties.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

9kis supports a variety of accepted deposit methods including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, online bank transfers, and credit/debit cards issued in Malaysia. All deposits are credited to your account instantly once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

For withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, unless a specific exception has been approved by the 9kis finance team.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC review, which may require additional document verification.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 24 hours on business days, depending on the payment method and requested limit.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Bonus bagging or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

06 Game Rules

All games available on the 9kis platform — including video slots, live casino, table games, and other games — have their own rules displayed within their respective game interfaces. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• The outcome of all games is final once a round is completed and cannot be disputed on the grounds of a player's incorrect choice.
• In the event of a technical issue during an active round, 9kis will review the game logs and provide a fair resolution based on those records.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed on the game screen.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any method that systematically assists in-game decision-making is strictly prohibited.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9kis platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:

• Identity fraud — registering using another person's information without their consent.
• Money laundering — using the platform to transfer funds obtained through illegal means.
• Using hack software, bots, or automated scripts to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Exploitation of technical vulnerabilities (bugs) — if discovered, players are required to report them to 9kis and must not exploit them.
• Player collusion — illegally cooperating to manipulate the outcome of table games or tournaments.
• Opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or circumvent limits.
• Any attempt to disrupt the operations of the 9kis platform, servers, or system security.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

9kis reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any term in this document.

• Accounts suspended for investigation purposes will be notified via registered email within 48 hours.
• Users have the right to appeal any suspension decision by contacting the 9kis customer support team.
• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the account balance may be forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation.
• Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. All valid remaining balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

9kis respects user privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

10 Disclaimer of Liability

The 9kis platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 9kis does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times.

• 9kis is not liable for any financial losses arising from game outcomes, technical disruptions beyond our control, or actions by third parties.
• Losses arising from the user's own negligence, such as using an unsecured device or sharing a password, will not be covered by 9kis.
• 9kis is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions, user device issues, or third-party payment system failures.

In any case, the maximum liability of 9kis to a user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming
